I have 16 years of experience in the HR industry. I have worked my way up from a recruitment specialist to an HR director. I have experience in various business areas: food production, pharmaceuticals, medicine, construction, online products, IT.

И каждый сотрудник внутри организации - это уникальный специалист, нуждающийся в качественном управлении и понимающий свою командную роль. Такой подход возможен только при отстроенных процессах, другими словами - когда руководитель не занимается операционкой, а работает над стратегией и командой.

Именно команда, которой свойственна коллективная и взаимная ответственность за результаты совместной деятельности, – залог успеха любого бизнеса. И разницы нет - в компании 10 сотрудников или 10 000.
